Two-day hands-on industrial training at New Generation Tools (NGT) covering carbide grades (Wear, Impact, Cutting Tool), tool geometry, and live CNC programming on the 5-axis V2 Maxima — manufacturing cutting tools from raw material rod.

Brought shop-floor practice directly back into the Mechanical Engineering classroom — bridging theory with what students actually meet in industry.

Theme · Integration of IKS in Engineering Curriculum

Successfully organised an insightful workshop on the Indian Knowledge System at COEP Technological University, Pune — with Shri Atul Ji Kothari as Chief Guest and Prof. Sunil Bhirud, Vice Chancellor, COEP, as Chairperson.

Guest of Honour Prof. Suresh Gosavi, VC SPPU, and a keynote by Prof. Parag Kalkar, Pro-VC SPPU. Convened by Prof. Santosh Bhosle, Director, JSPM RSCOE, with a panel discussion led by Shri Anurag Deshpande and Shri Shreyash Kurhekar.

The workshop reinforced integrating Indian Knowledge Systems into the curriculum — blending ancient wisdom with modern scientific methods to build cultural pride, ethical values and holistic learning.

Delighted to deliver an expert lecture on Entrepreneurship Development for MBA students during their Induction Programme at Marathwada Mitramandal’s Institute of Management, Education, Research and Training (MM’s IMERT), Pune.

It was an engaging session with enthusiastic student participation, thoughtful questions and meaningful discussions around entrepreneurship, innovation, business opportunities, and turning ideas into action.

I truly enjoyed interacting with the young and enthusiastic MBA cohort and sharing practical insights from my experiences across entrepreneurship, startups, business consultancy and innovation. Grateful to the MM’s IMERT, Pune team for the opportunity to interact with and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.
